Website Care Plans
How valuable is your company's most important marketing asset?
We often encounter businesses who paid a hefty sum to have their website built only to have the web developer evaporate into the woodwork, leaving the client to fend for themselves. Over the years, we’ve seen this dozens of times.
Then, as the business grew, their expertise and offerings expanded and their website quickly became out-of-date and was no longer relevant to their existing business. With the constant, daily demands of running a business, keeping their website current and secure just wasn’t at the top of the list of priorities. In today’s world your company’s website is its most valuable marketing asset. So this is a real problem!
Our Website Care Plans ensure your website is consistently up-to-date, online, and free of technical issues. Rather than treating a website only as an information portal, a website can be so much more. With our team behind you, you can grow your exposure, lead generation, and brand awareness 24 hours a day – each and every day, without growing stale, out-of-date, or losing your professional edge.
We offer peace of mind and a consistently REMARKABLE customer experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, the clock resets each month for support and website updates time.
If you require more time for support and website updates in one month than your plan allows for, the additional time will be billed at a 20% discount on our standard hourly rate.
However, if your task request will push you over your allotted monthly support and website update time, we will notify you before proceeding, so there are no surprises. You may choose to defer the task(s) until next month when you support and website update time renews.
Although these plans are designed for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.
We first like to do a paid Website Evaluation to become familiar with your website, how it was built and identify any potential issues that can arise. Based on the results of the evaluation, we will perform two hours of work on the required updates and fixes uncovered by the Website Evaluation and make a full backup. Additionally, we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. This Website Evaluation has a fixed 4-hour fee.
Also, all websites that are serviced by one of our Website Care Plans are required to be hosted by our hosting partner, WPEngine. We will migrate your website over to WPEngine free of charge.
An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a website and encrypts information sent to the server using SSL technology. Encryption is the process of scrambling data into an undecipherable format that can only be returned to a readable format with the proper decryption key.
This is vital to your Google SEO rankings.
A Content Delivery Network (CDN) is a service that disperses your static assets to various server locations around the world. This makes static assets, like images, pdfs, CSS and Javascript files physically closer to users and therefore faster to download. As a CDN disperses assets across several server locations and not your website, there a fewer server requests to be processed by your website thus making your website load faster. Google likes this. 🙂
