Each month, either on the 15th or the 30th, we make an additional backup of your site and an experienced web developer will make any needed updates and optimizations to the software running your site. We then test the site to make sure the new updates haven’t broken anything and everything is running smoothly. If there is a problem, we can restore the site to its previous state at the click of a button.

If there are any issues with an update, our experienced web developer will troubleshoot and resolve the problem with no site downtime.

Each month you will also receive a Website Care report showing all the updates performed.
